Emily Swoyer, a New Home Sales Specialist at Village Park Homes, can be known for her kindness, wisdom, and love for the homebuilding industry. A mother of two with a husband who served in our military, Emily remains active in her daily pursuit to help Village Park Homes provide homebuyers with the best home buying experience possible.

Swoyer is currently working in Westbrook Cove and Westbrook Grove at Savannah Quarters where our single-family homes have price points from the mid $200’s to the $400’s. Emily finds the Optional Fireplace within the Screened-In-Porch to be one of the many ‘show-stopper’ upgrades we offer and the resort-style feel of the pool to be one of the most appealing amenities in this community! On a day-to-day basis, you will find Emily meeting with potential buyers to help them decide which home plan best meets their needs and in her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, going to the beach, watching football, and overall spending time with her family of four! A fun fact about Emily is that she has been to two tapings of the Ellen Show.

When asked about why she chose this specific field, Emily writes “I’ve always loved helping people and having purchased several homes, I know how stressful and exciting it can be. I want to help people find the right home for them and see their excitement when they move in.”

Emily finds the mantra ‘Excellence doesn’t require perfection’ to be helpful when facing adversity. Village Park Homes is extremely happy to have her as a part of our team where our goal is to help you #FindYourPlace !
