Lowcountry Exterior Design Company, Premier Exteriors, Donating Towards Curing Pediatric Cancer!

Well known exterior designers and businessmen in the Lowcountry, Justin Harvey and Chris Dalzell, contributed the vinyl siding and brick to Village Park HomesSt. Jude Dream Home, which is currently being built in Richmond Hill, Georgia.

In a recent interview, Harvey said that he chose to be a part of this mission because he attended the presentation last fall where Village Park Homes talked about the importance of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the great success that comes from building a St. Jude Dream Home as all profits from the raffle contest to win the home go directly towards the organization. Without a doubt, he wanted to be alongside Village Park Homes in this mission.

Premier Exteriors LLC can be known for its mission, which is to empower people “to perform and provide unmatched quality and reliable service.” Harvey attests that what may separate his and his partner’s company from its competitors is its management team. They are often known for having a great process in estimating pricing and applying this method towards the final exterior design process. Along with that, Harvey who received a business degree specializing in marketing, swears by his six core values: fiscal responsibility, intentional relationships, live by principle, quality, accountability, and schedule.

Harvey began Premier Exteriors LLC in 2008 in Bluffton, South Carolina in an upstairs Bonus Room. He currently has twenty-four men and women working for him in his three locations, Bluffton, Charleston, and as of last October, Myrtle Beach. Along with providing services in supplying stucco, siding, brick, and stone, Exterior Design is now offering EIFS and Nichiha Panels. Exterior Design has shown to only multiply in its successes over the years.

Village Park Homes is honored to have such a well-run, levelheaded company and management team working alongside us towards this mission to cure pediatric cancer! Village Park Homes is grateful for Exterior Design LLC’s donations!

The estimated value of this St. Jude Dream Home is $400,000 and tickets to win this home cost $100. We have 6,500 tickets that can be reserved before selling out! To purchase a ticket visit dreamhome.org or call 800-383-9844!
